Pretty good run

I'm running everyday. Why?

1. To loose that extra weight I put on by being lazy for good 4-5 years.
2. To look good
3. To feel good
4. To actually, be good, shape, look, skin texture, internal systems and stuff!
5. To remain active
6. To have something to boast about (yeah, why not?!)
7. To be intimated well in advance about any probable shit problems like having insufficient stamina, aching upper/lower back, any other joints at this age.. Yeah, I hate having any health problem; dust allergy's bugged me enough
8. To have a steady breathing pattern at least for some time of the day. rest of the day, I don't get to focus on it.
9. To know what's happening around and have an idea about any infrastructural developments in the vicinity.
10. to do all the 'bird-watching'.

But most important:

11. To pamper my Love for fitness and running :)

Yes! It's a pretty good feeling to be on your feet and be able to run... Just, run :)
